Dreamups has issued a tender for the development of the UpFactory platform

Dreamups - is a non-governmental and non-profit organisation aimed at helping young entrepreneurs to develop start-ups in Moldova.

Dreamups has issued a tender to select an IT company to develop the "UpFactory" e-learning technical platform.

The "UpFactory" platform is designed for participants of Dreamups programmes, where all necessary lectures will be available and for easy interaction with mentors.

Allocated budget for the project: €14,000 (excluding VAT).

Proposals will be accepted until 31 December, 23:59.
