To be accountable for quality, timelines and budgets, a manager needs to know the best project management practices, communicate with the technical team as equals, and be able to ask the right questions of the customer. If you are a BA, PM, or Product at Middle level and above, you must be responsible for the Delivery process in all its forms. In this course, we will explain how to choose the best solution for the business problem, work with the project architecture and manage the technical team as if you were a technical specialist.

After the course, you will:
1. ensure a quality delivery process on the project on time and on budget
2. Select an architecture at the start of a project and estimate costs
3. Conduct analytics before implementing a new feature
4. Identify and address non-functional project requirements so that you don't have to redesign everything from scratch
5. Painlessly integrate external services into the product
6. Control DevOps workflow through analytics, ensure Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery processes.
7. Prevent possible safety problems on the project
8. Properly allocate testing time in the budget and argue decisions to the customer
