The conference attracted over 250 participants, including product managers, project managers, developers, designers and those involved in the creation and development of digital products. It was a rich event with interesting presentations, lively dialogue and useful acquaintances.

Who's behind the community
Product Management Community Moldova was created in May 2022 by two experienced professionals:
- Mary Nemciuc, founder of Technovator, a company developing the technology ecosystem in Moldova.
- Elena Pavlovskaya, product manager with more than 10 years of experience and founder of the IT platform techdoor.md.
Their goal is to create an active community to share experiences, grow professionally, and discuss trends in product management.
How did it go
The conference was organised by the Technovator team, who did an excellent job. The main partner of the event was MAIB, and support was provided by such companies as: FTA (Future Technology Activities), Planable, Orange, Simpals, Bancamea, Unde.io, techdoor.md.
The participants were especially pleased with the prize drawings from Orange and Unde.io, which added a touch of interactivity to the event.
What a memorable day
At the conference, speakers shared their experience, real cases and approaches to product management. The programe was entirely in English, which made the event even more professional and opened up opportunities for international communication. The participants not only gained new knowledge, but also made useful acquaintances in a circle of like-minded people.
The day started with breakfast with Maxim Gorbatenchii, Product Owner at maib, where participants discussed the pace of product development in Moldova.
Alyona Stratan, Vice President of maib, shared her vision of product management development in the banking industry.
Serghei Rabii, head of the Future Technologies Activity programme, highlighted the contribution of the food community to the development of Moldovan products.
Sebastian Borggrewe, CPO at Product Masterclass, discussed the key challenges for product managers.
Andrii Klyman, Senior Product Manager at Sembly AI, spoke about the specifics of developing products using artificial intelligence.
Dana Siminitchi, Senior Product Manager at Planable, shared methods for effectively using data in product strategy.
Volodymyr Mirnenko, Head of Product at Boosta, discussed strategies for scaling products at different stages of development.
George Morosan, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Orbility, shared his experience in building effective teams.
Elena Pavlovskaya, Senior Product Manager at Portside, described 5 steps to develop a developer product midset.
Irina Bumbu, Senior Product Manager at Delivery Hero, spoke about the specifics of product management in the fast-growing delivery industry.
Nichita Catrecico, Product Manager at Orange Systems, discussed the peculiarities of working with products in the financial sector.
Vadim Jeleascov moderated a panel with maib employees, during which they discussed product development in banking and the failures of maib.
