Boris Brut, Head of SEO & Product Manager at Soflex
Boris Brut's presentation was full of useful insights, offering a fresh perspective on the dynamic relationship between UX and SEO. He unveiled strategies and real examples that highlighted the benefits of adopting a holistic approach to both UX and SEO. We also discovered the key to optimizing both – understanding what users really wanted. Additionally, he talked about how a combined approach to UX and SEO can cost your online presence, making it more effective and impactful.

Alexandra Brinzaniuc (Andra), UX Architect at Commit Global & Code for Romania
Andra's presentation was a dive into understanding social problems and identifying user needs. She talked about the user oriented design and which role it plays in solving customer’s problems. Andra also explained the stages of ideation, design, and concept testing, providing valuable insights into the iterative nature of product development. In the end, Andra showcased how the Civic Labs methodology is applied in real-world scenarios, transforming ideas into practical solutions.

Evgheni Curalov, Founder at Ecom Consult
In his talk, Evgheni delved into the influence of AI on the e-commerce realm, spanning from personalized shopping experiences to the critical domain of fraud detection. Evgheni shed light on how AI technologies are shaping individualized shopping experiences, making recommendations to meet the needs and preferences of each customer. Conference attendees learned about AI-driven chatbots and their impact in customer support and engagement, and about predictive analytics and dynamic pricing on user experience.

Elizabeth Ashley Fox-Jensen, Interaction Designer, Lecturer, and Researcher
In her narrative, Elizabeth first highlighted the crucial importance of creating product designs that are accessible to everyone. She then delved into the significance of obtaining a deeper understanding of the legal requirements that the product designer should take into consideration, which are essential for creating products that meet regulatory standards. All in all, Elizabeth came up with real-world case studies and provided practical tips to elevate the quality of design work, making it more user-friendly and efficient.

Andrei Sytykh, Product Designer at Tinkoff Bank
Andrei delivered an engaging speech where he highlighted the ways in which designers can significantly contribute to businesses, going beyond aesthetics. He also mentioned the role of product designers in shaping the fintech landscape and emphasized the importance of research and key metrics for achieving successful results in product design. In addition, Andrei provided valuable insights on how to evaluate design work and define the criteria for success.

Eugene Durov, Senior UX Designer at Semrush
Eugene, dived into the world of UX research, emphasizing the crucial role of testing and selecting the most suitable research method for projects. He explained how incorporation of UX research into the product design process can lead to user-centered and effective design solutions. Eugene supported his insights with good examples, demonstrating how usability research had a transformative impact on the success of various projects.

Christian Mbala, Head of Product at Simpals
During the conference, Cristian shared his valuable experience as the Head of Product at Simpals. Managing multiple teams including product managers, designers, and analysts, he provided insightful tips for new team leaders. His discussions on managing conflicts and navigating challenges in diverse teams captivated the audience. Moreover, he emphasized the significance of fostering unity and collaboration within their teams to achieve better results.

In addition to the keynote speeches, the conference featured two important panel discussions.
The audience had the opportunity to join a lively panel discussion exploring the essential collaborations shaping Moldova's path towards an inclusive and sustainable digital society. Also, the special guests mentioned about the progress on the collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and the IT sector.


The second panel also was an enlightening conversation, where the invitees shared their extensive knowledge, insights into career transitions, and invaluable wisdom acquired during their professional journeys.
