On the course, we will help you get up to Middle BA level and above and teach you how to work effectively in any teams and projects. After the course, you will:
1. Build business analysis processes in a project from scratch or in a BA Lead position
2. Compile Vision and Scope documentation for the project
3 Identify types of stakeholders, create a Stakeholder List
4. Decompose work and write the perfect User Story and Use Case
5. Create business notations (Sequence diagram, ERD /UML Class, BPMN, State machine, Use case diagram)
6. Identify and document non-obvious non-functional requirements
7. Select technologies and optimise VA processes in the team
