Product Owner

The role of the Product Owner in an Agile team cannot be overemphasised. It is he who determines what the team will work on next to bring value to the customer and benefit to the stakeholders. On the Product Owner course - just 7 practical sessions will make you an experienced PO, ready to delight the world with new products.

After the course, you will:
1. Gather product requirements and convert them into User Stories
2. Work with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs
3. Formulate clear and concise Acceptance Criteria
4. Validate requirements with the development team and stakeholders
5. Compile and manage product and sprint backlog, identify and prioritise the product and sprints
6. participate effectively in all Scrum ceremonies, Grooming and planning sessions
7. Update product documentation with diagrams and specifications in a timely manner
8. Maintain quality through UAT and conducting demonstrations
9. Present the product to internal and external stakeholders
