BizDev Manager is a specialist who develops a business development strategy, builds system sales and knows exactly how to not just meet, but exceed quarterly goals. During the course we will form an understanding of the strategy of an IT company in 2024, after which we will go through the entire customer journey: from marketing and branding to sales, account and success management. As a result, you will be able to independently find areas to improve business profitability.
After the course, you will:
1. Formulate strategy for BizDev Department and define KPIs
2. Conduct competitive analyses and develop the company's value proposition
3. Build and automate the lead generation process through LinkedIn, Expandi, etc.
4. Handle SMM, content and emails independently and set up effective communication with the marketing team
5. Build a sales funnel and increase conversion at each stage by analysing metrics
6. Build relationships with partners and clients through the Event Basic Campaign
7. Work with marketing and sales analytics within departments
8. Generate and test hypotheses to improve your current business in the sales and marketing direction
