What's the first thing you think of when you hear about the lifecycle of a software product? Programming, writing use cases, Agile way of working, sprints, testing or feature releases? What if we told you that developing a product involves all of the above steps and more?
On the occasion of Tekwill's seventh anniversary, Tech Women Moldova invites all IT enthusiasts to explore the lifecycle of a software product through play. Yes, yes, you read that right. We propose to build a miniature park out of LEGO pieces, using Agile practices.
Participants will go through the stages of building a product, working in iterations, together with all team members involved in the real-time development of a project. Developers, designers, testers, Product Owners, architects and Scrum Masters will play their roles to deliver an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) by the end of the workshop.
