The "Planning Poker: The Art of Agile Estimating" workshop, part of Tekwill Expo, is an interactive, hands-on session designed to estimate tasks efficiently and accurately.
In the session, we will explore in detail the Planning Poker technique, a collaborative method that facilitates estimating by actively involving all team members.
The speaker for this workshop is Alexandra Granici, Tekwill Academy mentor of the IT Project Management course, Delivery Lead at Amdaris, TechWomen Ambassador 2023 and PSM-1 and PSM-2 certification holder.
In order to attend the workshop, each participant is required to have a mobile phone handy. We recommend downloading a Planning Poker app in advance (there are several available, all with similar functionality).
