Maxim Kilcik is currently art director in two creative agencies, NORM and GoSocial, where he manages teams and projects in different corners of the world. With a diversified career, Maxim has collaborated with local and international brands and realised projects for Moldova's biggest companies. Among his projects is the development of the visual identity of the project "Professions of the Future".🧑💻
In addition to his professional work, Maxim is also an active mentor at Mediacor and d-spirit school, where he supports students in developing creativity and innovative thinking in multimedia and design. For him, graphic design is not just a craft, but a form of artistic expression that can have a profound impact on contemporary society and culture 🎨.
